Ho Ho Ho ...  Here we go ! Following the amazing generosity of our dancers in previous years, we will again be 'dancing for a good cause' as we celebrate nearing the end of another wonderful year with our zouk family and friends. We are all so lucky to be a part of this great community!     <3 🤗✨🎉

*** Once again we will be donating to two wonderful causes and inviting you to help us celebrate the spirit of X-mas by being generous and kind to one another....... We will be supporting the Salvation Army in their Christmas gift drive, giving non perishable foods, toys and household items to families that are really needing the support at this time of year. (Note: Gifts do not need to be wrapped, however if they are, please attach a note with description, or suggested age/gender of recipient) Also, we will donating $5 from every door entry charge (as well as any other contributions or gold coin donations we receive from you) to Opportunity International Australia, established over 40 years ago to provide microfinance aid to people living in extreme poverty in developing countries. As little as $70-$100 can provide a 'micro loan' to set up a small business with support, enabling a family to lift themselves out of poverty and provide a livelihood for their family. So, just a little bit of help from us can really can go a very very long way to helping change lives.  🙂 So… SAVE the date, get your PRESSIES and a gold coin donation ready 🙂 , & COME ALONG dressed all in RED, for a FUN night of dancing and end of year celebrations. ✨✨

This is a Covid safe event and we are following our industry's approved Covid Safe guidelines.

In this edition of Cloud 9 Zouk Social / Recreational Dancing we will have 2 levels classes: 

>> Intro Beginner Class & Improver level class (note that classes run at the same time, so we choose depending on your experience).

> Intro Beginner Class is Open to everyone who has never danced Zouk before or is currently still doing ours or another school's beginner course. We will teach you the main basics of Brazilian Zouk.

> Improver Level class: where we will focus on a fun combination taught by Behrouz & his teaching assistance team at Cloud 9 Zouk, followed by 3.5 hours of recreational dancing in 1 style only - Brazilian Zouk!

Well, this is a best place to experience Zouk for the first time with a fun absolute beginner class by our friendly instructors and then a welcoming social party after. WHEN:

6:30pm - 11:30 pm

7:00pm Classes starts promptly (please arrive at least 15 min prior for sign in and to help classes start on time).

Please note: Workshop attendance is  NOT mandatory anymore for our Recreational dancing event  (Recreational Structured Partner Dance night).

SCHEDULE:

6:30 PM ......  Doors Open & warm up

7 - 8 PM ...... 1 hour Improver level class & separate Beginner Intro class (classes are optional to attend or not)

8 - 11.30 PM ..... Recreational Dancing (100% Brazilian Zouk style)

LEVELS:

There will be 2 classes happening at the same time, Beginner level & Improver Level.

** Beginner class:

For those with absolutely no experience in Zouk, or just starting out and less than 6 months experience.

** Improver level:

The pre-recreational dancing class is recommended for Improver level or those with minimum of 6-12 months or more Zouk experience. The class is optional to attend.

PASSES:

Limited passes, (Leaders & Followers)

Pre-registration is Recommended!

COST:

$20 for 1 hour Class & 3.5 hours of recreational dancing
