This is a weekend full of dancing, learning and reconnecting. At Cloud9 Ball our focus is on bringing the new generation of dancers and rising stars whether from overseas or our home grown talents in Australia & NZ, and give them the opportunity to showcase their talent.
Every year in June, Cloud9Zouk celebrates our beautiful Zouk Community, & growing Lambada community, that we have here in Brisbane and around Australia & NZ by putting on our Mid Year Ball.😍
Each year we continue exploring and bringing new Ideas to our event, making it better and more awesome while keeping the same friendly feel there.

Here are some details about our new and exciting additions & a bit about what to expect for this year at our Cloud9 Mid Year Ball - Zouk & Lambada 2026:

Cloud9 Ball expanded to be both Zouk & Lambada festival as of 2024 onwards (~70% Zouk, ~30% Lamba.

Each year we are super excited to bring exceptional and unique International Couple(s) to add to our longstanding & wonderful line up of national artists 💖, as well as the opportunity to learn from them over 4-6 weeks during their residency in Brisbane, called Project June. This year we will also continue residency throughout the month of July.

Our Mid Year Ball weekender is now 3 nights of dancing, and 3 days of workshops in 3 rooms to cater to all levels of Zouk & Lamba learning experience. 😍

Our Starter Passes are continuing - for those of you (or our newer dancing friends), who are in their earlier stages of experience in Zouk, this is a perfect event to try some limited workshops & come to all 3 nights, to get their 'feet wet' at their first dance event.

Intensives & focus classes opportunities are still a part of our weekend and will be taking place on the Sunday. 🌟 Nb. Intensives/Masterclasses require special ticket, 1.5hr Focus courses are included in standard event ticket.

Day parties will be longer this year, and continue to be one of our enjoyed features after a successful launch at Cloud9 Ball 2024.
We are making sure this event is still a relaxed and super sociable one, with many opportunities to hang out with friends and enjoy Brisbane. 🤗

So, we have 2 awesome instalment payment options for you :
1. PayPal 'Pay in 4' Instalment payment - Quickest & most efficient, no plan setup required:
Simply use the PayPal instalment option at check out and enjoy this convenient way of payment to pay off your festival pass.
PayPal takes the hassle out of making individual payments by splitting your payment into 4 instalments and automatically deducting each 25% fortnightly. (Example: Current 2nd Early Bird ticket is $275 + booking fee; divided by 4 that's ~$70 deducted fortnightly for the next 3 fortnights).
2. Pay Ur Way Payment Link:
Pay as little as $25 per week to pay for your ticket using a payment link provided by us. Read more below.
Welcome to Pay UR Way LINK. We know that getting to all the dance festivals you want to can start to get expensive sometimes. So, we have introduced this instalment payment option to help you have more flexibility in paying your ticket fee, and to make it easier for you to be able to join us for a super fun weekend at this community event!
It is simple. Sign up for your Pay UR Way plan on our website and pay an upfront starter amount of $50 (non refundable). We will then contact you via email with a convenient and personalised payment link ( the remaining amount will be divided by the number of weeks left until the Ball) Then pay the rest of your ticket price in your own time (weekly is ideal) with full amount to be paid off by up to 10 days before our event.
Example:
2nd Early Bird Ticket $275 (+ plus booking fee) - less $50 Pay Ur Way deposit = $225 balance
Eg. $225 divided into 10 weeks left to Cloud9 Ball = $22.5 per week
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The Pay Ur Way ticket applies from 1st EB onwards only.
- Ticket deposits for Pay UR Way are not refundable nor transferable to another person.
- This ticket can not be transferred to another year, however can be transferred to another person (forfeiting deposit).
- A starter fee of $50 must be paid upfront to secure the ticket. It is not refundable.
- The remaining amount of the ticket price must be paid by the event time.
- By purchasing your ticket you have agreed to these term & conditions.

REFUND & TRANSFERS POLICY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Festival tickets are nonrefundable. However, If you purchase your ticket and due to a change in certain circumstances are no longer able to attend, you are able to transfer your ticket to another person However it is your responsibility to find the recipient. Please note an administration fee of $25 will be applied.
Note: Ticket purchased with special discounted price (BZF Special & C9Z Ball 2025 Attendees Special) are not refundable nor transferable to another person or to another year, unless under extraordinary circumstances.

By attending our events, you and your guests, directly and implicitly accept all potential risks involved, including but not limited to mishaps, injufires or exposure to or contracting Covid-19. You agree to participate at our events completely at your own risk and take full responsibility for your own safety and well being, including those of your guests.
