There is also a separate component of the night and we are calling it Focus Classes.

In this series of focused 4-week workshops we will be working on head motion topics and specifically Boneca variations, Tilted head turns, Rotisseries, active & passive head movements...etc with Cloud9 teaching team. It is a great opportunity to dive into techniques, and flow of the head motion specifically, and feel the ground & improve your technique.

*  INCLUDES the 'Zouk Playground' guided Practica or just chilled dance and training with quiet background music *
