Join us as we, along with our other local dance schools, take Zouk into the streets of Brisbane to celebrate this amazing dance style, Brazilian Zouk, and all the happiness that dancing has brought into our lives! 💃🕺🎉🎶🥰✨  

On Saturday the 17th September we are celebrating International Zouk Day 2022 with dancing & performances in the city ✨🎉🕺💃 followed by party-party at night! 🤩🕺💃  

So, let's get geared up for IZD 2022, with the help of all of YOU Zouk Lovers, and with our schools who get out there day in and day out to teach, promote and pass on the enjoyment of this beautiful dance. 🤗  

Save the date as we will have performances & demos, and be joined by our schools in Brisbane & the Coasts at Queen St, Brisbane CBD - as well as social dancing in the Queen St Mall! 

We want to show the crowd what Brazilian Zouk is about! ✨🤩  

We will also have a big party on the night, Sat 17th Sept, at an extra special venue, with all of our favourite local DJs. 🎧🌟🎶

Note: 

> Open to all Dancers - 

Flashmob Training is open to all dancers and is not a part of Cloud 9 Zouk's classes as the choreo was not designed by Cloud9 and the training session format will be different from our usual class format.

> Pre-requisite - 

We recommend a minimum zouk experience level of having completed a beginner zouk course with a school, so that you have an understanding of the basic souk movements already

 

> Further Training Options - 

For those interested in further & detailed breakdown of some of the techniques involved in the choreo, these will be covered during Cloud 9 Zouk's regular classes on Thurs nights, 7:30 - 8:30pm, and you are welcome to contact us to discuss. These classes are not a requirement, however, and Flashmob training is open to all dancers regardless if attending any school(s) or not.
