This one is a especial Halloween Edition. Put on your scariest costume, face paint or whatever you fancy and come to an awesome party of the month 🎃👻🦇

We are so looking forward to seeing everyone for some dancing, learning, making new friends, and being part of this amazing community we have in Brisbane and having so much fun along the way. :) 

 We are happy to invite you to a relaxing Sunday afternoon to get together with friends, put on your dancing shoes and dance to great tunes...oh not to forget to have cups of tea and cake. It couldn't be better!!! :)

Well, this is a best place to experience Zouk for the first time with a fun absolute beginner class by our friendly instructors and then a welcoming social party after. These Practicas are aiming to provide you with a friendly and accommodating place to improve your dancing skills and practice all those amazing moves which you learnt at the festivals, workshops & classes. Please come along with an open mind so we could have the opportunity to grow together.  This is a Covid safe event and we are following our industry's approved Covid Safe guidelines.   

 

* Please note that facemasks will be required during dancing, under the latest announcements about Stage 3 of Qld Roadmap. *  In this edition of Zouk Sundays we will have 1 hour of class time, where we will focus on a fun combination taught by Behrouz & his teaching assistance team at Cloud 9 Zouk, followed by 1 hour of guided Practica or practice time and 3 hours Brazlilian Zouk social dancing/RSPD.       

This event is open to all of our Zouk members in our community.

 COVID SAFE REQUIREMENTS:    

** Currently facemasks are still required while dancing and off the dancefloor in close proximity to others. ** A contactless temperature check will be done upon your arrival & please hand sanitise before entry | Please stay home if you feel unwell or have any cold or flu symptoms | Sanitiser, face mask & gloves are available for use at front desk for your use if you choose | If you have in the last 14 days, been to, or been in contact with anyone, returning from overseas or a Covid or contact tracing listed Hotspot, please do not attend  |  If you feel unwell on the day, we ask you to stay home and you will get a credit towards our next event.  (Please message us to let us know so that we can try to fill your spot).

5:00pm Workshop starts promptly at 6pm      

SCHEDULE:   

4:30 PM ...... Doors Open & warm up   

 5 - 6 PM ...... Classes -  Improver & Beginner Intro 

6 - 7 PM ......  Assisted Practica time   

7 - 10 PM ..... Practice continues      

LEVEL:    

> Intro Beginner Class: No experience required and everyone is welcome! 

> Improver Workshop:  Intermediate or minimum of 6 months or more Zouk lessons experience    

 PASSES:  Limited number of dancers for each role (Followers & Leaders)  

COST:  $15 for 1 hour of Class & 4 hours of Practica & social dancing/RSPD time.
